Express Pack & Ship can solve these problems by receiving your letters and packages at our location. We are open six days per week for extended hours, so FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS can deliver to on your behalf—and never miss a delivery!
How to sign-up for General Delivery:
Express Pack & Ship offers customers the ability to have packages sent to the store for pick-up later. This is particularly helpful if you are receiving a high value package that will require a signature, or you are concerned about packages left on your porch while you are at work or on vacation. If you are interested in utilizing this service, please follow the instructions below.
- Send us a email to express.mail336@gmail.com with any information you have on the arriving package. Include your name, phone number, and when you expect the package to arrive.
- Have the package addressed as follows:
- Your Name
- General Delivery #100
- 1633 New Garden Rd
- Greensboro, NC 27410
- We will notify you when the package arrives, and you can come in at your convenience to pick the package up. We will require a photo ID at the time of pick-up.
- Service fee :
- $3.00 per package
- $5.00 per package for Extra large packages.
- Package most to be picked-up within 4 business day. After 4 days, $1.00 storage fee per day.
